We are pleased to welcome back Jack West Mac Murray III as Executive Chef at Old Hickory Golf Club!
Starting his career in 1993 in Vail, CO, Jack has since cooked for President Ford and many other dignitaries, has been Exec Chef in St. Louis the past 18 years, and a cooking instructor at the Kitchen Conservatory and Dierbergs School of Cooking.
Chef has also won several titles including the 2009 Mardi Gras Cajun cook-off Champion, the 2010 Taste of St. Louis Battle Chef Royale Champion, and placed on the Top 35 Restaurants of St. Louis (Sage). He most recently attended the 2019 World Food Championships as a competing chef in Battle Bacon.
Outside of the kitchen, Chef loves to golf and is also a beekeeper and bow-hunter!
